Q: Can the delivery address of my order be changed?

A: Yes, you can change the address of an order as long as your order has not left the warehouse (an email will be sent when it leaves the warehouse). If it has left the warehouse, the cost of the modification is € 5.95 in the Peninsula and for the rest of the locations it will be the same as the shipping cost, since the order will have to return to origin again.

A: In the case that you are not at the address indicated when your order arrives, the transport agency will try to deliver the order at another time. If you are not present during this second attempt, the transport company will contact you to make a third delivery to the office closest to your home.

If your package cannot be delivered, the courier will return it to our warehouse. In these cases, once we receive the merchandise in our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the order, although the amount equivalent to the cost of the return will be deducted (€5.95 in the Peninsula, for the rest of the locations it will be the same as the shipping cost).
